When you sign up or create a new account on our platform using an Apple device, we collect the following information:

  • Name / Username: We collect the name or username you provide during the registration process. This information ​helps personalize your experience on our platform and allows us to address you appropriately in communications.
  • Email Address: Your email address is collected when you sign up to manage your account on HebaChat, It serves as a ​unique identifier and may be used for account management purposes.

Password: A secure password is collected to protect your HebaChat account. This ensures the security of your account ​information and prevents unauthorized access.


Following and Blocking Users

When you use the following and blocking features on HebaChat, we collect the following information:

  • Following Users: When you choose to follow another user on HebaChat, we collect the username or profile identifier of ​the user you are following. This helps us personalize your feed and show updates from users you are interested in.
  • Blocking Users: If you decide to block another user on HebaChat, we collect the username or profile identifier of the ​user you are blocking.


For mobile users, we offer optional features:

  • Camera (Pictures): Granting camera permission allows you to upload pictures directly within the platform on ​HebaChat. You can safely deny camera permissions if you choose not to use this feature.
  • Photo Gallery (Pictures): Granting photo gallery access allows you to upload pictures from your device's gallery when ​you use HebaChat. You can safely deny photo gallery access if you choose not to use this feature.


When does LensOfHeba use end user information from third parties?

LensOfHeba will collect End User Data necessary to provide the LensOfHeba services to our customers. End ​users may voluntarily provide us with information they have made available on social media websites. If you ​provide us with any such information, we may collect publicly available information from the social media ​websites you have indicated. You can control how much of your information social media websites make ​public by visiting these websites and changing your privacy settings.


When does LensOfHeba use customer information from third parties?

We receive some information from the third parties when you contact us. For example, when you submit ​your email address to us to show interest in becoming a LensOfHeba customer, we receive information from ​a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to LensOfHeba. We also occasionally collect ​information that is made publicly available on social media websites.

  • User Interaction: Your responses to the “How are you doing?” questions are used to provide a ​more engaging and personalized experience. These responses are not stored or shared with ​any third parties.
  • Inspirational Quotes: We display quotes from Heba Jaradat to inspire and motivate you. No ​personal information is collected in this process.

Study With Me:

  • Pomodoro Sessions: We use session data to help you track your productivity. This data is ​stored locally on your device and is not shared.
  • AI Assistance: Our AI uses your input to provide relevant advice and support. No personal data ​is stored or shared.

HebaChat:

  • Communication: We use your contact information such as email address, username, password ​to enable messaging and connections with friends. Conversations are encrypted and stored ​securely. We do not share this information with third parties.





How Do We Use Your Email Address?

When you submit your email address on LensOfHeba, you agree to receive necessary ​communications from us related to your account and services. These communications may ​include:

  • Account-related Communication: We may send you emails related to essential account ​management, such as creating your HebaChat account, password reset requests, or to send us ​a report.


We do not send unsolicited commercial emails (spam). We respect your preferences and provide ​easy opt-out mechanisms in every promotional email we send.



How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict ​of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any ​action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy ​except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the ​Swiss-US framework.

The laws of United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement ​and your use of the app. Your use of the app may also be subject to other local, state, national, or


International laws.

By using LensOfHeba or contacting us directly, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy ​Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you should not engage with our app, or use ​our services. Continued use of the app, direct engagement with us, or following the posting of ​changes to this Privacy Policy that do not significantly affect the use or disclosure of your ​personal information will mean that you accept those changes.

LensOfHeba uses "Cookies" to identify the areas of our app that you have visited. A Cookie is ​a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use ​Cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our app but are non-essential to ​their use. However, without these cookies, certain functionality like videos may become ​unavailable or you would be required to enter your login details every time you visit the app ​as we would not be able to remember that you had logged in previously.
